Originally released in 2006 by the New York audiophile label Chesky Records, West of 5th brings together a true jazz "supergroup" featuring the rare chemistry of three legendary titans spanning multiple generations. The recording captures the historic swing of the incomparable Hank Jones on piano and master drummer Jimmy Cobb - immortalised for his work on Miles Davis's seminal Kind of Blue - alongside the modern virtuosity of bassist Christian McBride. The album stands as a definitive display of absolute jazz mastery, offering a breathtaking document of three generations of jazz royalty effortlessly interlocking in the studio.

West of 5th will be released on 180g One-Step Pressing half white / half grey vinyl LP and limited to just 500 copies exclusively for Record Store Day Black Friday UK. Arriving just in time for its 20th Anniversary, this special release marks the first-ever vinyl pressing of the album, which has been long out of print since its original CD run. The LP features a colour variant that will remain strictly exclusive to this Record Store Day run. This release is a part of the Chesky Original Masters series.

To complete the return process, send the goods back to our contact address at your own expense - these should be in the condition you recieved them. Exceptions apply if we delivered the item in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Cost of Recovery
In case the returned goods are not received within the specified conditions, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct costs incurred in recovering the goods.
Refunds
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel the order, any payments made will be promptly refunded to you. You can expect the refund to be processed within 14 days of your cancellation.
