Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (but not American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the UK and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

How long will my order take to arrive?
UK stock orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination. Pre-order items will arrive on or just after published release day. Please see below for more.

Pre-Orders

We always take payment up front for pre-orders, in order to secure the item. We need to be sure that you are committed to the purchase, so that we in turn, can commit to ordering it from our supplier. 

If we list an item on our store, we do with confidence that we can fulfil that order. 

We work with record labels, distributors, and other suppliers, to ensure we can supply the items we list. 

However, there’s no such thing as an absolute guarantee. Sometimes there are things unforeseen or out of our control annd plans change- release dates often slip and usually with very short notice. If there’s ever an issue with a pre-order, we’ll let you know as soon as possible as soon as we become aware of a problem. In the majority of cases you will still get your item, we will endeavour to give you as accurate a date as possible. We will deal with any order cancellation requests promptly, and in the fairest way possible, but would obviously prefer to still get you your item.

Products & Vinyl Care

Are your records new or used?
We specialize in new vinyl and collectible records, including limited editions and Record Store Day releases. We do also sell vintage records and these will be fully described at point of sale.

How should I care for my vinyl records?
Store records vertically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Handle by the edges and clean with a proper record cleaning solution.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective item. We're here to help ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Minor wear to sleeves is not considered damage.

Changed your mind?
Under UK distance selling regulations, you may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition. We can only accept items that are still sealed unless there is a defect with the vinyl (eg warped) that is only apparent after opening.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, in which case we will cover the return cost.
